Shipping Rates and Transit Times
Please note most orders will require 1-2 business days to process and will be shipped out according to the shipping method selected. Once processed, the status of your order will remain as ‘Processing’ until it has been shipped and received by the carrier. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Postal Service observed holidays.
Shipping rates are automatically calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and shipment location.

FedEx Express Saver: – 1-4 business days
FedEx 2-Day Air:- Two business days
FedEx Standard Overnight: – One business day

United States Postal Service (USPS)
USPS Express Mail – 1-2 business days
USPS Priority Mail – Delivers in 2-3 business days
USPS First Class Mail – Delivers in 3-12 business days
(First Class service only available for packages less than 16 ounces in weight.
Please note, all above transit times exclude the 1-2 business day processing window.
You must contact us with a cancellation request by 3PM PST on the day of purchase. If the purchase is made after 3PM PST, you may request a cancellation by 3PM PST the following business day. If your order has already been shipped; the customer is responsible for returning the items to us and will be charged a 15% restocking fee. All cancellation requests must be received through the official Onyx PC support email address.
Any shipment which is refused or returned undeliverable will be assessed a 15% Restocking Fee. No refund of shipping charges will be provided. No exceptions.
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping due to recent increases in tariff and import tax in addition to the general cost of international shipping due to the weight of our products.
For products purchased outside of the US through another reseller or freight forwarder, you will need to contact the retail channel from whom you purchased the product for any returns within the 30-day from purchase period. Onyx PC is not responsible for any return or warranty request on purchases outside the United States.
Other Shipping Policies:
If you are inside of the return period, please contact Onyx PC Customer Support with your proof of purchase and a description of the problem for assistance. Onyx PC will not issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) for products if you are located outside of the US. Onyx PC will not be responsible for any customs, taxes, or duties. The buyer is responsible for any customs, taxes, duties or other fees collected. Any warranty requests outside the 30 day return window must be made directly through the manufacturer.
Based on a shipment’s value, Onyx PC may require signature delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to be available to receive the package.
Onyx PC is not responsible for shipping delays resulting from weather or other carrier transit issues. All shipments to rural locations may experience delayed delivery times. Please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking information if a package is held up in transit or does not arrive on the expected delivery date.
We have implemented sophisticated fraud detection mechanisms within our order system. Onyx PC reserves the right to cancel any suspicious order for potential fraud. All fraudulant orders will be reported and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
All returns must be shipped and received by Onyx PC in original, like new packaging and contain all products and accessories undamaged. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee if the item is returned opened or used. All damaged products will be refused, and no refund will be provided. It is a customers responsibility to ensure they are fully educated on the products they are purchasing. Onyx PC is not responsible for damage sustained by incompatible products or improper installation and no return or exchange will be provided.
