RMA’s (Return Merchandise Authorization) or returns requests can be filed within 30 days of receipt of your order (some exceptions apply, see below). A 10% restocking fee will be assessed to returned items.
Returns are not accepted for custom components. These include sleeved cables and power supplies, modified chassis/cases, or custom-made or cut-to-order products. Vinyl, laser etched or cut items, custom cables, sleeving, cut tubing do not qualify for return.
Any items noted for sale as scratched and/or dented are offered as final sale and do not qualify for returns. There are absolutely no returns accepted for these products for any reason and no exceptions will be made.
Products that are mounted, installed, or have had fluids flushed through them do not qualify for returns. Returned products must be in original, resell-able condition, free of blemishes, scratches, fingerprints ext. Returns must also include original packaging, accessories, and paperwork. All packaging must be free of damage or tears.
Modifying any part or component is considered to be “at your own risk”. Onyx PC will not be held responsible for damage caused by customer modifications, including to their other components.
The customer is responsible for return shipping and ensuring products are packed securely.
After 30 days any defect or malfunction is handled by the manufacturer directly. Please consult your item’s inpidual warranty and contact the manufacturer directly to initiate an RMA request.
Onyx PC will accept returns on most products for 30 days, beyond that the warranty replacements must be requested through the manufacturer. Due to the high cost of international shipping, many manufactures will have you ship the item to a local distributer.
Motherboards, Processors, Video Cards, SSDs, HDDs, Memory, and Chassis all have a very small mark up and RMAs for these items are not accepted through Onyx PC. They must be filed with the manufacturer directly, even if the purchase is under 30 days.
If the RMA product(s) are not in acceptable condition, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost back to them. You will be contacted by the shipping department with shipping quotes. The product will only be held for 30 days, after that the product will be considered abandoned and disposed of.
